It's an excellent method of mobility, agility, resistance training, general conditioning, stretching and rehabilitation. Helps for the development of specific muscles and tendons. Worth the money !
Their pricing may appear expensive, however they are lot more durable compared to other resistance bands in the market. I'm vouching for that after using it extensively for the last 3 months. I've used it for skipping as well as resistance training. Works damn well !

Best Mini Bands in the market
out of desperation I bought mini bands at Decathalon and then on Amazon and was disappointed. When I tried the Sanguine bands for the first time at my gym I knew these were the ones I needed. Glad I was able to buy it since it’s been extremely helpful when working out at home.
