The Sanguine Pull Up Bands can be used to add variety to standard workouts. It's an excellent method of agility, resistance training, general conditioning, stretching and rehabilitation. Helps for the development of specific muscles and tendons.

Tailor your workout with five color-coded resistance options. Tip: Thicker bands give you more assistance on pull-ups, but add heavier resistance to lower-body lifts!
