The Sanguine Shorty Monster Bands can be used to add variety to standard workouts. It's an excellent method of mobility, agility, resistance training, general conditioning, stretching and rehabilitation. Helps for the development of specific muscles and tendons. Worth the money !
Their pricing may appear expensive, however they are lot more durable compared to other resistance bands in the market. I'm vouching for that after using it extensively for the last 3 months. I've used it for skipping as well as resistance training. Works damn well !

Best Mini Bands in the market
out of desperation I bought mini bands at Decathalon and then on Amazon and was disappointed. When I tried the Sanguine bands for the first time at my gym I knew these were the ones I needed. Glad I was able to buy it since it’s been extremely helpful when working out at home.
